07/07/2010 -- Duke Simmons Repeats as Club Champion.
Over the July 4th weekend, Duke Simmons finished the second round at four under par to win the annual club championship edging out Grady Lodes for the repeat. After a first day 67, Duke shot a one over 73 to win the title by three shots over Grady who finished the tournament with a one under score. 10/11/2009 -- Souther wins Senior Club Championship
Chuck Souther parred the second playoff hole to edge out Brent Brumley for the Senior Club Championship. After firing a second round 75, Chuck tied Brent on the final hole to force the pair into a sudden death playoff. After pars on the first hole, Brent failed to get up and down from the bunker on the second hole and Chuck two putted for his par to clinch the crown. 12/05/2008 -- Castlewoods Receives On Premise License
During the first week of December, Castlewoods Country Club obtained an on premise retail license from the tax commission and ABC department of the state of Mississippi. With the new license , Castlewoods Country Club is now able to offer more services to our members and yet another amenity of the club.
